Registering over 3.000 invoices by data entry in excel - Upwork

Dear sir, madam,

Need someone who is available for the coming days. Inclusive the weekend.

Job:
Over 3.000 invoices (in pdf, word, excel) have to be registered in 1 x excel document.
Open each invoice and register 4 variables for each invoice (date, invoicenumber, total amount, currency).

Advise: work with 2 folders:
1 x folder: invoices to register
1 x folder: invoices already registered

You need some internet speed in order to download all invoices first (523 MB).
Please be sure your internet is fast enough.
