There are 38 EMCs in Georgia, USA. I have a list of all of them. Looking for a person to go to each EMC website, find their service territory and find the zip codes for the territory. Then find the population of each zip code. Put these into an excel document. The excel document should have a tab for each EMC, with the zip codes in one column and the population in the second.
