I need someone to create a spreadsheet of addresses, market values and taxable values, taken from an online NYC property tax map, for a specific type of property and given neighborhood. There are perhaps a couple hundred addresses to search and compile data from. See www1.nyc.gov, click on tax class 1 property maps, Manhattan and search blue residential property addresses for the Chelsea neighborhood from 14th street to the south and 29th street to the north, and east to 6th avenue and west to the Hudson River. Click on each parcel to get a block, lot #, DOF market value and actual assessed value.
