Need Help With A Data Entry Task - Upwork

This is a simple data entry task.  You will need to:

(a) Visit websites listed in a spreadsheet.
(b) Locate the contact form on each website.
(c) Submit the contact form.
(d) Mark the contact form as submitted in the spreadsheet.

To complete this task you need to have:

(1) A fast internet connection
(2) Your own proxies (US proxies are required)

Please reply with the word "contact form" in your job
application so I know that you have read the entire job
