We are a tech company that recently attended an industry conference. We have a list of 245 conference attendees where we have their name, their organization name, and their job title - we need you to simply Google Search for their name and title and fill in a spreadsheet with their email address and phone number whenever you are able to find it.
All of the conference attendees are from colleges or universities - almost all of which have school directory websites making it very easy to find their email addresses and phone numbers. We started doing this and were able to find emails and phone numbers for 90+% of the people on the list. The process we used was simple Google searching "First name last name job title school name" - or something like "John Smith Dean of Online Learning University of Kentucky." From there one of the top search results is typically a school site that contains contact information for the individual.
This is a very easy task, but it is a tedious one. If you have basic data entry and internet research skills you can easily complete this project. We will be spot checking the email addresses you provide as well as the phone numbers to ensure you are not providing false information to save time.
We have similar ongoing work for a job well done. Prove to us that you take this seriously, and we will hire you on an ongoing basis.
An excel spreadsheet including the names and titles is included - you would only be expected to search for the email addresses and phone numbers of the names highlighted in green of which their are 245.
