Need to fill in a SKU spreadsheet based on a list of products - Upwork

I need someone to complete a SKU spreadsheet with the list of products that I have.

The products are - hats, t-shirts, and stickers with slogans on them.

T-shirts will have 4 sizes - small, medium, large, and X-large which requires 4 SKU lines for that one t-shirt product.

The products are in a Word Doc  and need to be put into a spreadsheet with correct SKU number and other information.
