I own a law firm and one of my biggest forms of advertising is to send monthly advertising mailers out to people who have recently been served with foreclosure or judgment notices. I need one or more assistants who, at the beginning of each month, can pull the foreclosure and judgment lists, research each individual name to find the correct mailing address, and input all information into an Excel spreadsheet so that I can print and mail out letters. This will be a monthly job require a very quick turn around time of 3-5 days. I will provide the necessary login information to access the Lexis Nexis database.
