I need individuals who can help on various categorization tasks for the purposes of generating large data-sets of categorized and classified data. This is for an ongoing project that will need different tasks done, and can consume anywhere from 2 to 15 hours per week of your available time.
Some of the sample tasks that need to be done over the next few months:
1) Given a job title and company, categorize the position into a specific job category.
2) Given a company name and description, categorize the company into one or more matching categories.
3) Given a shopping web page, categorize the product into a matching product category.
4) Given a user profile web page, indicate the user's name, age and location.
5) Given a person's biography, indicate the school information (university name, degree, graduation year).
6) Given a person's employment history and a company profile, indicate if the person is employed at that company.
...and others. For each of these tasks you will receive training and examples, and your work will require extreme precision and accuracy. It is more important that the data be right than it be done quickly, and continued accurate work will absolutely be rewarded.
Given the potential monotony of this task, it is likely that I would want no more than 1-2 hours of work done per day; however if you are willing and able to do more as time goes on, we can explore that.
