Logistics and A/R Data entry assistant - Upwork

We are looking for someone to assist in Logistics and Accounts Receivable. Daily tasks will include :

-Processing small parcel (Fedex, UPS, USPS, Canada Post) shipment via our shipping software.
-Sending Invoices via EDI and Quickbooks.
-Creating credit memos via Quickbooks.
-Creating Sales orders via Quickbooks.
-Daily Verification of Shipments.

This is a part time permanent position with room for growth. We are currently needing assistance 8am - 1pm EST.

Experience with Quickbooks and Shipstation a +++++
