Input information from multiple online directories into a spreadsheet - Upwork

Hi,

I have a data entry projects involving multiple online directories. There are 4 individual directories and the information pulled out of them will have to be supplemented by one additional data source. Detailed instructions below. I’ll go higher than our usual rate because it’s from different sources.

And find all of the Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Nephrology, Oncology in the All Listings View and add them to the spreadsheet with the Enterprise Affiliation tag 'Arizona State Physicians Association.'

And pick each of the specialties Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Nephrology, Oncology from the Specialty drop-down. View the details for all the physicians that show up there and add that info to the spreadsheet with the Enterprise Affiliation tag 'Desert Physician Association.'

And pick each of the specialties Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Endocrinology from the Specialty drop-down and enter the information on the right into the spreadsheet. Also click in to the office name link to get the address information with the Enterprise Affiliation tag 'Arizona Community Physicians.'

And select Search for "Physician" and go through all the plans and select the specialties Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Nephrology, and Oncology if they are listed under that plan. Add that info to the spreadsheet with the Enterprise Affiliation tag 'Banner Health Network'.

Also, after you have the name for a physician, find their National Physician Identifier (NPI) number from this Lookup website http://bit.ly/2mDIW3D . Keep in mind that the form on that page is Last Name first, First Name second! For this project, the State will always be Arizona (AZ).
