Identify and count common attributes in pairwise data - Upwork

I have spreadsheet data that describes the attributes that people have.  I want a spreadsheet and/or macro that will look at each possible pair of people and count how many times an attribute occurs across these pairs.  Also need to identify which of the attributes occurs most commonly across the pairs.  Counting and identifying will need to be done both including and excluding replicate data.  See attached spreadsheet for simple example of input and desired output.

I expect that further explanation, etc. can be done over email, but if online meetings are needed, note that I'm in the Central European time zone.
