I will be getting data from my client through whatsaps. Same to be converted to XL sheet and to be forwarded automatically to a third E Mail ID location or to be uploaded to a domain - Upwork

My client will click picture of outage data  and whatsapp to me.I am supposed to convert it into soft form (XL) and E Mail to third party or upload into an htp server Domain automatically as an ongoing basis for further processing.

There is one more algorithm I need to decide loading of generators based on pricing and availability.After above algorithm is done and put to use.
