I need someone to copy information from the city records into a spreadsheet. - Upwork

The task is to copy and paste information from into a spreadsheet. Knowledge of excel is an absolute must! The applicant needs to have good knowledge of English. Applicant needs to be detail oriented. The total time for the project is around 20 hours. You get paid $0.10 for each entry, which takes somewhere around one minute to do. The hourly rate is therefore more or less $5/hour, depending on how much effort is put into the task. 1000 entries need to be performed.

The goal is to go to the court website and get the information from property owners who are evicting the tenant. We need the information from both the owner and the property.

The job descriptions is as follows:

READ THIS VERY CAREFULLY TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND IT WELL

Go to http://bit.ly/2mGZFDv and select "county civil" for case type. For date go back 14 days (so march 1 until march 14).
1) We only want to look at the cases that have a "type" that is "eviction".
2) We are interested in the "plaintiff". This is the person that owns the property.
3) Ignore companies. You recognize them because they have "corp", "LLC", "INC", "Bank", "companies", "association" or something similar in their name that a person would not have.

So if you see "Channelside Apartments LLC Plaintiff vs Becker, Emily et al Defendant" then we are not interested because Channelside Apartments LLC is clearly a company.

If you see "Murray, Ralph et al Plaintiff vs Parsons, James, III et al Defendant" then we are interested in Murray, Ralph.

Then you copy -> paste the name on the website (without the comma)  http://bit.ly/2lXZIOd in the place where it says "Name / Company Name". It might be that there are no results, if you are in that situation then try to enter the name in a different order.

If you try Murray Ralph then you will see that there are several people who have that name. There is "Murray Ralph", "Murray Ralph P" and "Murray Ralph F". Choose the one that is the most similar. So in this case you would choose "Murray Ralph". If there would have been no "Murray Ralph" then you choose "Murray Ralph P" or "Murray Ralph F" (there would be no preference since we don't know in that situation which is the right one). Sometimes the address that is right under the name of the owner is the same as the site address. In that situation, choose another one. If an owner has many properties, then just choose one, just make sure that the two addresses are different like previously explained.

Make 5 columns in the spreadsheet.
1) First name owner: this would be "Ralph" in our example.
2) Full name owner: this would be "Ralph Murray" in our example (first name first, then last name)
3) Street address owner: this would be 1813 MOORE AVE in our example
4) City owner: this would be LEHIGH ACRES in our example
5) State owner: this would be FL in our example
6) Zip code owner: this would be 33972 in our example
7) Street address property this would be 719 KNOX AVE S in our example
8) City property this would be LEHIGH ACRES in our example
9) State property this would be FL in our example
10) Zip code property this would be 33974 in our example

After you have done all of them then you go another 14 days back in time. So you would choose februari 15 until februari 28 for the second batch of addresses. You do this until you have 1000 of them.

Job needs to be completed by Sunday march 19.
