Excel help needed. - Upwork

I have an excel file with panel data.
Companies and their financial data for 2011-2015.

However 2015 year data is in euros and others are in another currency, thus I need you to change another currency to euros (devide by 3.4528).

Total 160 companies are listed.

801 total rows in a file. I offer a small budget because I guess its easy to accomplish if you're good at excel.

Here's example - I need to divide values of numbers by 3,4528 which are in rectangles (batches of 4).
