Data research/mining/entry of Real Estate - Upwork

We are looking for someone to assist in real estate data entry.  We will have video tutorials to show how to do all these steps and for your future reference so you can always know what to do without supervision.

The process would be:
1. Request comes via email to you.  
2. Log request onto a shared Google Sheet
3. Download/create the seven exhibits requested.  These include a deed, flood zone map, traffic count, aerial, zoning map, tax map, and a tax record.  
4. Enter data from the seven exhibits into template excel (to be provided)
5. Log completion on the Google Sheet and reply back to original email request that the assignment is complete.
6. Respond within 48 hours to corrections to identified mistakes in data collection/entry

The test trial includes gathering data for 20 comparables at $3/entry, $60 total, which includes all steps except Step 4.

After the trial period, we will include Step 4 based on info collected in Step 3 for an additional $2/entry.  We average 100+ data entry requests per month resulting in $500+/month.  We would expect turnaround to be 3 calendar days from email request.
