the company owns 10 properties that is managed by a body corporation. we need someone to capture all the statement data for each property for each month into one spreadsheet. a spreadsheet template will be provided this should be done for Jan 17 to April 17 months. Each statement will be individually forwarded as received from the body corporation. In fact all the emails from the body corporate will be forwarded for this period as the emails and statements needs to be reviewed to complete this job. If relevant the comments for each transaction needs to be copied to the comments/notes column of the spreadsheet (sample statement and spreadsheet attached). The orange columns can be ignored. Accuracy and quality of the data capturing must be high standard. We will request you to first do a few and then to forward results back to help guide the process along and the job is done properly
